Jane grew up in Cumbria and left the green for edgy North Manchester to begin a career in nursing. Jane genuinely cares about people and has been lucky enough to have a "life on a roller skate" living and working in Europe, Abu Dhabi, and the USA before settling back in the UK with her family in June 2015. In that time Jane has spent 19 years developing and empowering individuals and teams.

Jane Samson has established businesses which have been licensed in Abu Dhabi and the UK delivering executive and team coaching solutions to a range of clients. Jane has over 1400 hours of paid individual and team coaching work, and attained Professional Certified Coach certification with the International Coaching Federation which is the gold standard in global coaching professional practice. 

Jane has led Individual and Team Coaching projects in the following industries. 

Health Care, Social Care, Financial Services, Real Estate, Nuclear, HR, Banking, Entrepreneurship, Higher Education, Non-profit, Project Management, Engineering, Automotive and Aerospace.

In September 2023 Jane stepped away from working for University Central Lancashire Post Graduate Team for the School of Medicine. In the 7 years at UCLan Jane led leadership and communication team coaching workshops both internally and to commercial external clients to improve productivity and positivity outcomes. 

Jane has also designed, developed, and delivered the multi-professional Post Grad Medical Leadership MSc for the School of Medicine. The program has 7 x 20 credit, level 7 modules. The 3 elements of each module focus on leading self, leading with team and a specific areas of NHS leadership framework competency. 

Jane is on her client’s team 100% and  takes psychological ownership of her commitment to clients to deliver professional services of high integrity.

As a true people person, Jane has been able to hone her ability to nurture and encourage talent with her coaching career during which Jane has mastered coaching skills across a range of key areas. Janes experiences and coaching qualifications cover individual leadership coaching, team coaching as well as performance coaching.

​One of Janes strengths is that of individualisation, she values and appreciate difference. Listening to how individuals see and view the world through their own unique lens is key to effective working as a coach and or facilitator. In Janes experience those diverse teams/individuals who can embrace robust conversations can find the best solutions for the organisations they work for/ with both for higher positivity, and higher productivity.
