During the session Paul will talk through how leveraging now common technologies and facilities offers employers interactive and effective ways of developing their workforce. How providing training on an unlimited basis can be used to increase staff wellbeing and inject comprehensive skills that make more successful teams and in turn help grow revenue, help with staff retention and underline individuals’  value to the business.
