I always felt different, my mind has always worked differently to others. Before understanding why, I masked and suffered with anxiety – whilst always maintaining a confident exterior. After an extremely stressful few months back in 2020, I started to figure out myself using Coaching, Mindfulness and lots of learning. My daughter was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD and it all came to a head. I realised that embracing difference on a core level, using mindfulness and nature and mixing that with Career Coaching – I truly found myself, I used my mind for the better both internally and externally and found my calling. To help others do the same. Career’s are a big part of who we are, but until we find out about the rest of us, there will always be something guiding us to search for more. Until we know who we are, we won’t know where to look and what to ask for. Combining the combination of Understanding and Connection, we can thrive in our environments.
