THE CHANGINEER

Danielle Dale is the Founder of The Changineer a consultancy on a mission to support and inspire change for a sustainable future, through conversations and consultancy.  Providing bespoke change and sustainability strategies that support businesses to become more environmentally astute.  

Having started her career in the energy sector, Danielle has personally transitioned her professional life to align with her values and is uniquely placed to contribute to the challenges the world is facing.  The need for change is clear if businesses are to attract customers and good talent and be ready to respond to supply chain demands, as compliance drives change business to business.  Additionally, if companies wish to become accredited as a "better business" through movements such as B-Corp they will need to be aware of their environmental & social impacts and taking steps to protect the planet for future generations.

With her blend of a problem-solving mindset, willingness to challenge and ability to present topics across a wide range of stakeholders Danielle has a great blend of skills to facilitate this work.  She has gained experience through several entrepreneurial ventures and leading in community action building resilience, sharing skills and taking action in response to the global challenges of climate and biodiversity loss.   

The Changineer loves to collaborate and hosts Small 99's People Planet Pint and Pastry events in Aberdeen with other local change champions Everyday-Impact and PTHR.
