SERENITY IN LEADERSHIP

Our mission is to create harmonious, productive and equal workplaces where leaders and their teams live and breathe the shared values of the business, with diversity and inclusion actively embedded at every level. Serenity in Leadership advises, supports and helps businesses to reconfigure and grow post-pandemic, offering leadership training and strategic planning. We facilitate executive meetings and in-house dialogues and produce influential podcasts in the context of leading responsibly with integrity and purpose with a particular focus on tackling misogyny, harassment and bullying. We are hosting our executive leadership retreat in Guatemala this September and will shortly be launching our online leadership programme which will address the skills that are needed for the 2020s, including Managing Ambiguity, Cultural Intelligence, Empathy, Gender & other Biases, Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusion.
