Cara is a compassionate coach with a passion for uplifting others. Transitioning from a career in commercial finance, she earned her ACC accreditation from the ICF whilst on maternity leave, and shortly after co-founded Prospera Coaching (now Prospera Coaching & Consulting Ltd).  

Dedicated to empowering women, Cara delivers high-quality coaching with empathy and kindness, creating impactful, lasting change. Her mission is to nurture empowerment, confidence, and happiness in women’s personal and professional lives.  Balancing work and family life with her husband and daughter, Cara enjoys netball, walking, and immersing herself in a good book.
