Dr Grant Van Ulbrich is a global sales transformation leader at Royal Caribbean Cruises and the founder of Scared So What Ltd.  He is an author, a transformation coach, and a TEDx speaker with over 1.4m views.  Dr Grant has created this pioneering model in the UK’s own sales transformation master’s program at Middlesex University and continued his research and proof of concept into his doctorate at Middlesex as well.  He is also a founding fellow at The Institute of Sales Professionals. Dr Grant resides in London’s west end where he works in his businesses and pracademics.
