Tanja Bogataj, MM.Sc. is a Certified Visionary Leadership Coach, Corporate Trainer, Keynote Speaker, Lecturer of HRM, #bepowerfulandfree® Creator, CEO of AMORALEADERSHIP Tanja Bogataj Coaching and Power for Change Institute, with the background in law, public policy, management, and leadership. She has 25 years of professional experience in designing, developing and leading teams and projects at different levels, and more than 10 years of coaching experience.

Before becoming a solopreneur, Tanja has acquired almost 20 years of diverse experience working across different public policy portfolios. She served more than 10 years in several top leadership positions such as DG for Urban Development, State Secretary for the Environment, Head of the Framework program towards the Green Economy to name a few. Tanja helps leaders, visionaries, change catalysts and their teams to use the power of vision, decision-making and action to powerfully lead into the future and create the desired impact.
