Taylor is a multi-award winning Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) professional and Black woman. Born in the UK, raised in Barbados and also having travelled to over 20 countries thus far, her multinational experience has given her a unique, globally-minded perspective. In her current role as DEI Program Manager for EMEA Talent Acquisition at Amazon, Taylor is responsible for embedding DEI strategy and programs at the core of the company's recruitment workflows. Concurrently, she serves as Vice President of the Black Employee Network UK Operations chapter, supporting all sites across the UK & Ireland in ensuring members feel seen, heard and valued. With an unconventional career journey spanning travel & tourism, operations, and now DEI, Taylor has consistently worked to celebrate and acknowledge the diversity of her teams, and actively foster inclusive environments.
